I came to Massage Therapist Nataliia Paladiichuk with neck pain that had been bothering me for a little over three days after an injury at work. I hadn’t had a massage in a very long time, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.

Nataliia immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to carefully understand the problem. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really impressed me. She didn’t just work on the area that was bothering me, but also helped identify areas of tension and muscle issues that I hadn’t paid attention to before.

The result exceeded my expectations. After the massage, the neck pain was gone, the accumulated fatigue disappeared, and I felt incredibly light — as if someone had taken 20 kilograms of extra weight off me. I left feeling energized, refreshed, and with a much better understanding of what I need to pay attention to going forward.
